PERSONALIZATION OF EDUCATION

Instead of the outdated “one-size-fits-all” model, modern pedagogy confirms that the most effective path to learning is a personalized approach for every child. UNDERSTANDING EACH CHILD’S NEEDS

We start from the student’s perspective: recognizing their needs and interests, and in close cooperation with parents, we create an environment that helps every child learn more easily, quickly, and meaningfully..

The composition of classes is a crucial factor in student success. After interviewing each child and analyzing collected information, we create balanced groups where students can:

  • achieve strong academic results,
  • develop friendships and a sense of belonging,
  • inspire and motivate one another through collaboration.

Classes consist of 15–25 studentsallowing teachers to devote time to each child individually. Teachers:

FROM MICRO-PLANS TO FULL UNDERSTANDING

For every child, we design a micro learning plan aligned with the official curriculum but adapted to their pace and interests. The personal development plan includes:

  1. individual learning,
  2. creative tasks,
  3. clear incentives and rewards for progress.

This way, the student learns through play and meaningful activities, while the teacher continuously monitors progress and guides next steps.

TRANSPARENCY AND PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT

Thanks to modern technology, parents have constant access to their child’s progress:

  • quarterly written reports summarize learning goals and achievements.

ALIGNMENT WITH THE NATIONAL CURRICULUM

All teaching and assessment comply with educational standards. For each grade, a list of expected outcomes is prepared for the school year and shared with parents and students.
